Deanna (she/her) is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your strengths, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward meaningful change. With a warm and encouraging presence, she will work with you to build self-worth, reduce overwhelm, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for navigating life. Deanna also brings insight and care to her work with neurodivergent clients, drawing on both professional training and lived experience to offer support for those navigating ADHD and other expressions of neurodivergence.
Deanna's approach is grounded in a nervous system-focused lens, helping clients recognize patterns, regulate stress, and find greater ease through body-based techniques, behaviour change strategies, and emotional presence. She often incorporates psychoeducation around neurodiversity and nervous system health, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to foster both insight and action. For those who are interested, she also supports individuals in exploring or developing a relationship with their spiritual self, as part of a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery.
Outside of her practice, Deanna enjoys spending time in nature with her Australian cattle dog, creating art through painting, drawing, or photography, and connecting with loved ones.
