Felicia (she/her) is passionate about creating a warm, authentic, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported. She believes in the power of genuine connection and approaches her work through a feminist, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed lens. Her focus is on meeting you where you are, fostering self-compassion, and working collaboratively to explore new perspectives and possibilities.
Felicia is committed to helping clients dismantle harmful narratives and re-author stories that reflect their values, strengths, and hopes for the future. She honours each person’s lived experience and recognizes the courage it takes to reach out for support. With over 10 years of experience in mental health, trauma, and working alongside youth, Felicia brings a depth of understanding to her practice. She is especially interested in supporting women who have struggled to love and connect with their bodies throughout their lives. She also draws on her own journey as a parent, having navigated pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood, with all the challenges and joys that can bring.
Felicia has completed her Master's degree and is awaiting registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Once she becomes a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), her session rate will increase to reflect her new designation. Clients will receive at least one month's notice before any fee changes take effect.
