Felicia (she/her) believes in the power of relationship, and strives to be as authentic, non-judgemental and compassionate as possible throughout her practice. She practices from a weight-inclusive and feminist lens and is especially interested in supporting women who have struggled to love and connect with their bodies throughout their lives. She believes strongly in the healing power of dismantling harmful narratives and re-authoring new ones.

Felicia comes from the field of music therapy, where she has 10 years of experience specializing in mental health and addictions, trauma, and made-vulnerable youth. She also has lived experience as a mother, and has recently navigated pregnancy, childbirth and new-motherhood – along with all the struggles and joys that journey brings.

Felicia has completed her practicum and is offering reduced cost counselling while she awaits registration with the .
