Kristy’s (she/her) approach is warm, relational, and compassionate. She acknowledges the courage it takes to reach out and feels immense gratitude in supporting women on their wellness journey. She works through a holistic and integrative lens, meaning she does not approach therapy as a “one size fits all”. Kristy values the unique strengths and experiences you bring, using your inner wisdom as a guide in healing. She understands that everyone is at a different place in their journey and values a collaborative approach, meeting you where you’re at.
Kristy supports clients through an attachment and trauma-informed lens, drawing from somatic and cognitive approaches, working with both the mind and body. She supports you in gaining a deeper understanding of where our behaviours and coping patterns stem from, how we relate to others, and what might be keeping us stuck. Believing that we all have the capacity for growth, she supports you in re-connecting with yourself and accessing the tools needed for understanding, healing, and navigating life’s challenges.
