Puneet (she/her) is committed to creating a safe and empowering space for women on their healing journey. She believes in meeting you where you are and fostering a collaborative environment through a person-centred and trauma-informed lens. Her approach is holistic, culturally safe, and anti-oppressive, recognizing the profound impact of individual experiences on well-being.

Puneet values building a trusting therapeutic relationship, viewing it as the cornerstone of effective therapy. She is drawn to approaches that honour each person’s unique story and inner wisdom, integrating holistic strategies to support overall mental health. She is especially passionate about supporting women navigating challenges related to self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. Puneet is dedicated to advocacy, connection, and creating spaces where healing happens in relation, not in isolation.

Outside of her work, Puneet enjoys nature walks, yoga, meditation, and meaningful conversations. She also finds joy in tea, R&B music, rainy days, and hosting book clubs. As a freelance blogger and wellness content creator, she reflects on her experiences as a student, eldest daughter, woman of colour, newlywed, and mental health advocate.
