Sarah (she/her) offers a space where clients can untangle the weight of grief, childhood wounds, cultural expectations, and relationship challenges. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in a deep respect for the complexities of identity and lived experience.
A second-generation Korean Canadian, Sarah, brings over a decade of experience as a social worker and educator in Vancouver, Europe, and Uganda. She works with women navigating loss, burnout, anxiety, complex family dynamics, and the invisible load carried by many children of immigrants. Clients often come to her feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to name what’s hurting—and together, they begin to make sense of it.
Sarah supports clients in building insight, resilience, and self-trust, while honoring the wisdom they already carry. Her style is collaborative and curious, with room for both laughter and deep emotional work. Whether exploring patterns in relationships, unpacking internalized messages, or reconnecting to one’s voice, Sarah walks alongside clients as they reconnect to what feels true and possible.
