Sierra Terhoch

Sierra’s (she/her) approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity for healing. Working from a relational lens, she prioritizes trust and genuine connection. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, Sierra will help you explore the roots of your pain and reconnect with your authentic self. You can expect gentle but direct support that helps you move towards more ease and alignment in your life.

With a background in teaching movement and Pilates, Sierra brings a holistic approach to counselling, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical and mental wellbeing. She practies from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework, and is passionate about supporting people navigating relationships with their bodies, loved ones, and selves.

Sierra works with a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, identity exploration, and life overwhelm. She has further interest and specialized experience working with eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, and chronic illness/pain.
