Anna Bock

Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker

Anna (she/her) offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and she meets you with care, curiosity, and without judgment.

Anna takes a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, supporting you in better understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, you’ll explore what might be keeping you feeling stuck, while also building on your strengths and inner wisdom to support meaningful change. She works from an integrative lens, tailoring sessions to fit your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, chronic pain, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, Anna will support you in developing practical tools and insights you can carry into your everyday life. Her goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-compassionate, and confident in how you move through the world. Anna feels deeply honoured to walk alongside you as you process your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and create the changes you’re hoping for.

Anna has completed her practicum and is offering reduced cost counselling while she awaits registration with the .
