Anna Bock

Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker

Anna (she/her) strives to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can safely share whatever is on their mind and heart, free from judgment. With an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach, she will work with you to draw on your intuition and innate strengths to promote the healing, growth, or change you seek.

Recognizing that your time in session makes up a small part of your life, Anna will support you in building a toolkit of knowledge, skills, and strategies that you can rely on to navigate life with self-compassion, clarity, and confidence. For Anna, it is a privilege to walk alongside you as you process memories, work through emotions, face current challenges, and explore different parts of yourself.

With European ancestry on both sides of her family, Anna grew up on the shared, unceded, traditional, and ancestral territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She recognizes her privilege and responsibility as a settler and steward. What supports her in feeling centred, grounded, and alive in life are connections with her friends and family, spending time in nature, enjoying fresh food, moving her body, and engaging with art.
