Dayle McMillan (she/her) is a registered clinical counsellor dedicated to helping women navigate a range of personal challenges. Her practice is centered around empowering women in areas such as boundary setting, nurturing healthy relationships, and developing effective self-care and mindfulness strategies. She’s also particularly passionate about parenting, addressing complex family dynamics, intimate partner violence, and guiding individuals in anger management and enhancing communication skills.

With her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, Dayle focuses on emotion regulation and fostering resilience. Her approach is one of compassion and empathy, creating a safe space for you to explore and grow. She believes in the importance of self-care and is dedicated to helping you find balance and healing.
