Mafe Boucher

Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor

Mafe (she/her) offers client-centred counselling grounded in compassion, creating a warm and collaborative space for clients to reflect, explore, and feel understood. Drawing from a strengths-based and evidence-informed approach, she works with clients to build insight, practical skills, and resilience that can support meaningful, lasting change. Acknowledging that counselling is just one piece of life’s journey, she aims to support clients in developing tools and self-compassion they can carry beyond the therapy room.

Mafe’s lived experience as half Filipino and half French Canadian informs a culturally responsive approach that honours each client’s values. She supports individuals navigating stress, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and other challenges, tailoring her work to each client’s goals and needs.
