Sarah (she/her) is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes in the value of fostering a strong therapeutic alliance and working collaboratively with her clients as they take on life’s challenges and transitions. Sarah practises through a holistic and integrative lens, tailored to fit each individual's needs and preferences. She sees the client as the expert in their own life while also supporting learning, growth, and the development of new skills that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to her work as a counsellor, Sarah is an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, primarily supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges. She is passionate about social justice and committed to advocating for her clients as they work toward their goals.
