Siri Brown (she/her) is a compassionate, integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, committed to helping her clients heal and thrive. Her approach to working with clients combines sound, evidence-based interventions with individually-targeted experiential exercises designed to facilitate deep healing and lasting well-being. While specializing in treating work and caregiver burnout, Siri supports women facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress management and life transitions. Having experienced many life challenges herself, such as burnout, separation, job loss, and stage 3 cancer, Siri is committed to sharing what she has learned so that others may also find happy, healthy, and meaningful lives. Siri decompresses with laughter, time with loved ones, and hikes with her three energetic dogs.
