Ali Noble

Graduate Practicum Counsellor

Ali (she/her) is committed to providing a warm presence and a safe space where individuals can share their stories and explore whatever challenges they may be facing. Her practice is rooted in attachment theory and guided by a trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-oppressive lens. She recognizes that our experiences, from the micro-dynamics of early childhood to the macro-impact of systemic barriers, can profoundly shape our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world.

Ali prioritizes creating a collaborative, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where people feel accepted, supported, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves. Grounded in a belief in human resilience and our innate capacity for healing and growth, she hopes to support clients in navigating life's challenges while reminding them they don't have to carry the weight of them alone.
