Geri-Lynn (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 10 years of experience offering warm, compassionate, and client-centered support. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, she has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, mood concerns, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and concerns related to sex and sexuality.
Through her work, Geri-Lynn has developed a deep appreciation for how our lived experiences, relationships, and identities shape mental health and well-being, often in ways that are difficult to put into words. She supports clients facing both current stressors and the lasting impact of past experiences, including trauma and relational harm.
Geri-Lynn’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming. She offers support tailored to each individual’s goals, and strives to create a respectful, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their stories, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
She also holds a particular passion for supporting clients in exploring sex, sexuality, and intimacy as meaningful and connected aspects of overall well-being.
