Geri-Lynn (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over twenty years of experience across a range of helping professions. She has developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, working extensively with individuals impacted by relationship abuse, sexual assault, and childhood trauma.
Through her work, Geri-Lynn has developed a deep appreciation for how sexuality, identity, relationships, and lived experience are often interwoven with mental health and well-being, yet frequently left unspoken. Sexual health and intimacy remain a particular passion area for her, and she supports individuals with concerns such as sexual pain, desire differences, anorgasmia, and compulsive sexual behaviours, while recognizing these experiences within the broader context of a person’s life.
In addition to sexual health, Geri-Lynn has extensive experience supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. Her approach is gender-affirming, neuro-affirming, collaborative, and strengths-based, offering client-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
Counselling can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, especially when it involves experiences we have learned to keep hidden. Geri-Lynn strives to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel safe to explore their stories, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change, at their own pace and in their own way.
