
Rebecca (she/her) brings a warm, calm, empathetic presence to her work, creating spaces where individuals feel safe, accepted and supported in their journey of self-discovery and healing. She recognizes that each person's experiences are shaped by the systems, relationships and environments they are connected to. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, and systemic approach, Rebecca supports clients in exploring their experiences, understanding patterns, and creating meaningful change. Rebecca incorporates a curiosity-based approach to exploring the different parts of ourselves that develop in response to our life experiences. She supports clients in building compassion and understanding for the parts of themselves that carry past experiences, emotions, beliefs, or protective patterns, creating a space for healing and growth. Rebecca has extensive experiences in the disability sector. Through this work, she has developed a deep appreciation for person-centered practice and meeting clients where they are in their unique journey. Rebecca offers support with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, helping clients build greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection.
