Women’s Mental Health — Vancouver Clinic
In-person counselling by appointment at our West Broadway office, and online sessions for women across British Columbia.

A safe space built for women
Women's Mental Health is a Vancouver-based counselling practice dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of women. Our team is made up of masters-level counsellors — Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC), and Registered Social Workers (RSW), each in good standing with their professional college — bringing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are.
We serve women at every stage of life — from navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, to managing the transitions of parenthood, relationships, and career. Our practice is inclusive of LGB2TQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, and we welcome all who self-identify as women, non-binary, or gender non-conforming.
Sessions are available in-person at our Vancouver clinic on West Broadway or online for clients across British Columbia. Whether you prefer face-to-face connection or the flexibility of virtual care, we're here to help.

What to expect
Getting started is simple. Browse our counsellor profiles, find someone who feels like a good fit, and book your first session online. No referral is needed.
Your first appointment is a chance to share what's bringing you to counselling and to ask any questions you may have. Your counsellor will listen, get to know your situation, and begin to outline a path forward together.
Everything discussed in session is confidential. Our goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very first conversation.
Transparent pricing
No referral needed. Many extended benefits plans cover all or a portion of the cost of seeing a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
